VISA INFORMATION AND IMPORTANT NEWS

Passport MUST be valid for 6 months minimum
Passport MUST be colored scanned and emailed. Faxes are not allowed.
Visa charges must be in advance.
Visa charges per passport is $50 if the scanned passport received by the tournament office on or before 2nd Dec.
Visa applications received after 2nd Dec. will be charged $150 per passport.
Visas applied before 2nd December will be ready by Monday 7th Dec.
Visas applied after deadline will take 3 to 5 working days to process, please note that Dubai weekend days is Friday and Saturday.
Players must visit the tournament web site for full details on visa. Players need not wait for the acceptance list, its free until 30 November 2008. There are 33 countries that do not require visas. The list of countries may be found here.

All hotel bookings Must be done through the Tournament Desk or WEB site on line booking form.
Please note that its an extremely busy period in Dubai so early booking is highly recommended.
Any reservation after deadline will be subject to availability.
In case of cancellation 48 hours before arrival, 1 night charge will be applied
IMPORTANT NEWS
Players should note that there are only 2 courts available on site for Matches.
Practice and a few qualifying matches will be played on a site adjacent to the main tournament site (5 min. walking).
