  • Rooms allocation will be on “1st come 1st serve basis”. So please make your reservation As Soon As Possible.
  • Any room reservation requested after the deadline of 4th Dec. will be subject to availability and tournament takes no responsibility on that.

CHECK IN TIME
  1. Check-in Time is 12 noon. However, rooms can be allocated as of 9.00 am subject to availability.
  2. Please not that any check in requested earlier than 9.00 am, a full night charge (from the night before) will be applied.
    CHECK OUT TIME
    1. The check out time is 12.00 noon.
    2. If room is required after this time, the following charges will be applicable :-
      (a) Until 1800 hrs. : Half day charge
      (b) From 1800 hrs : Full day charge
    3. Extending the check out time must be confirmed with Reception min. 24 hours before departure and is subject to availability.
