ATTENTION ALL PLAYERS

Very limited rooms are available due to the Dubai International Film Festival and the FIFA Club World Cup events being hosted during the tournament period, so book your room early

VISA INFORMATION

You are currently requested to read and follow the information in this page carefully in order to facilitate the visa processing.

The following 33 Countries can obtain visa on arrival free of charges :-
Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, UK, US and Vatican City.

For All other nationalities, the following MUST be adhered to :-

  1. Passport MUST be valid for 6 months minimum
  2. Passport MUST be colored scanned and emailed. Faxes are not allowed.
  3. Visa charges must be in advance.
  4. Visa charges per passport is $50 if the scanned passport received by the tournament office on or before 1st Dec.
  5. Visa applications received after 1st Dec. will be charged $150 per passport.
  6. Visas applied before 1st December will be ready by Monday 7th Dec.
  7. Visas applied after deadline will take 4 to 5 working days to process, please note that Dubai weekend days is Friday and Saturday.
  8. There are 33 countries that do not require visas. The list of countries may be found here.
  9. Please write your email, tel. and fax number carefully so we can send you the visa once issued.

Visa Charges
The following visa charges will be applied :-

The visa fees are Non-Refundable. No refund will be made once the visa is applied for even if it was rejected for any reason.

All charges will be subject to 4% charges which are applied by PayPal for the handling and securing of payment charges. This will appear in your invoice as “taxes".

*** Please note that before the deadline we must have the Visa Application Form + Color Passport copy by email + Payment made. Any missing item will result that the visa will only be applied after the 25th November and the charges will increase to $150.

How to pay the visa charges?
Once the visa application is made through the web site and the colored passport copy is received tournament office will send you an email with an invoice through PayPal, you can click on the payment buttons and follow the instructions as listed by PayPal.

No previous membership in Paypal is required nor that will you be asked to be a member.

All major international credit cards are accepted.

When are the Visas will be ready?
For those apply before 1st December, Visas will be ready by Monday 7th December. After the deadline line, it usually takes from 3 to 5 working days depend on your luck. However, please please note that Dubai weekend days is Friday and Saturday, so for example if you applied for visa on Wednessday, this will only be ready minimum by Monday of next week.

How I will get the visa?

  • Once visas are issued, they will be uploaded in the web site and you can download them from there.
  • Also at that time we will post extra information about what you should do upon arrival.

ROOM RESERVATION

  • Room Reservation must be done on-line from the web site latest by 1st December.
  • Applications received after the 1st of December will be subject to availability of rooms.
